Rates and Insurance

Rates

Therapy - Rates range between $100-$200 per hour depending on the service and provider.  

Nutrition - $120 per hour  

Psychiatry

• Intakes - $300

• Follow ups - $150

Assessment- $170 per hour (time includes clinical interview, testing, scoring and interpretation, report write up and feedback session)

Insurance

We currently have providers that are in-network with TRICARE, Optum, United, UMR, Aetna and UCHealth Plan Administrators.  While we are not in-network with other insurances at this time, we would be happy to provide you with a superbill for our services so that you can file an "out-of-network" provider claim to apply for reimbursement.  Please check with your insurance provider if you would like to pursue this option. Within our insurances accepted, here are specific plans accepted:

Payment

Cash, check and major credit cards will be accepted for payment.  Payment is expected at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
