Courtnee Divine, MSW, LCSW, LSCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Courtnee is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado, Missouri and Kansas. She completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Kansas.
Courtnee enjoys working with all people and feels competent addressing a variety of issues and concerns as she is a trained generalist social worker. She has experience as a school social worker where she worked with children and their families. In that role, she often worked with children with special needs and helped to ensure that they had the supports that they needed to be successful. She also has experience working with survivors of sexual trauma and domestic violence. Courtnee has a special interest in working with the perinatal population and those that have experienced traumatic births. She enjoys supporting clients with parenting issues, self-esteem growth, social skills training, those struggling with anxiety and depression and many other life challenges. Courtnee uses a trauma-informed approach, which integrates Motivational Interviewing, EMDR and CBT to see people as a whole within their systems.
In her free time she enjoys traveling, biking, reading and spending time with her three young daughters, husband and dog Pax.
